INT'L SHADES REUNITE @ CAKE SHOP

INT'L SHADES reunited in anticipation of our upcoming record, LUV + TERROR, out in 2009 on LA-based label, Gifted Children (Silver Apples, Loto Ball Show). Yours truly on synths and vocals, rejoined Bob Bert (Sonic Youth, Pussy Galore, Five Dollar Priest) and Mark C (Live Skull) and special guest Alice Cohen (Vels) on bass.

"The members of Int'l Shades include in their collective resumes bands like Sonic Youth, Pussy Galore and Live Skull. But it's the unique presence of ALEXA WILDING on vox and keyboards that adds a cool edge to the band's deceptively simple rock songs, suggesting a path that Factory band Section 25 didn't take in the mid-80s." -- TIME OUT NY, 6/2008
